Who We Are
Established in 1963, GCTS is one of the leading A-grade civil contracting companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain, focusing on five specialized and integrated lines areas of operation: Civil Contracting, Interior Fit - out Works, Carpentry, Stone & Marble Works and Cleaning & Maintenance. Over the past 45 years, GCTS has established a reputation for excellent workmanship, unparalleled quality, reliability and timely delivery of its projects. The company is active in both the commercial and the residential sectors and offers a full spectrum of contracting services, from preconstruction and early site development to construction management and final building completion. The company has grown steadily over the past four decades and now comprises over 100 skilled employees in addition to in-house MEP subcontractors.
GCTS has been involved in many key projects for a wide range of commercial and residential sector clients in the Kingdom of Bahrain, bringing engineered solutions, superior management and detail-oriented craftsmanship to complex projects of all sizes. Major recent clients include Diyar Al Muharraq, Bahrain Financing Company (BFC), National Bank of Bahrain (NBB), Bahrain Cinema Company, the Court of HRH the Crown Prince, the Ministry of Culture, Ahli United Bank and the Al Dhaen Group of Companies.
In order to provide its clients with a complete spectrum of services to meet the totality of their requirements, GCTS has expanded its services offering to include electro-mechanical works. The company has also invested heavily in advanced machinery, a joinery workshop, a spray painting workshop with built-in spray booth and an advanced carpentry facility equipped with the latest technology.

Civil Contracting
GCTS provides market leading civil contracting services to the construction sector, with an emphasis on superior quality and the timely delivery of projects. GCTS has been awarded an A-grade rating by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Company provides turnkey services encompassing all aspects of civil works, from pre-construction project planning through to all aspects of on-site execution and final delivery of the project. GCTS’ reputation for high quality has earned it a large client base consisting of some of Bahrain’s leading real estate companies, financial institutions and government entities as well as other commercial and private clients.
Interior Fit - out Works
GCTS is one of the leading interior Fit - out contractors in the Kingdom of Bahrain and has earned a reputation for unparalleled attention to detail and commitment to the highest standards of workmanship. GCTS leverages its expertise in carpentry, stone works and high quality finishes and materials to deliver highly detailed and impeccably executed interiors to both the residential and commercial sectors.
Carpentry
In 2010, GCTS upgraded its carpentry capabilities to encompass a dedicated carpentry facility equipped with the latest machinery and operated by highly skilled and experienced carpenters. The facility also includes an advanced spray painting booth, enabling the workshop to produce high quality finishes on par with leading international furniture manufacturers. GCTS has rapidly developed a reputation for market leading woodwork, serving both the residential and commercial sectors.
Marble and Stone Works
GCTS supplies and installs carefully selected marble and stone, including limestone, sandstone, granite and other high quality stone products. GCTS has partnered with leading Italian stone supplier Il Casone to provide both superior materials as well as the latest technology for installing and maintaining all types of natural stone. The Company’s highly skilled and experienced stone fixers have developed a solid reputation for precision and attention to detail.
Cleaning & Maintenance
GCTS’ full service approach encompasses the maintenance and cleaning of all interiors, including stone polishing and protection, wood maintenance and re-varnishing, and the cleaning and maintenance of all other elements of commercial and residential interiors. The Company provides on-demand services as well as yearly cleaning and maintenance contracts.
